What my clients think about me..........

"With an important birthday looming, I was looking to take my fitness to the next level and I knew that a run-off-the-mill approach was not for me.   Leroy's literature promised personal training that sounded diverse, creative and fun.  That was exactly what he delivered.  With sessions that included pilates, running, boxing (what a discovery!) and dance, no two sessions were ever the same!

With Leroy's professionalism, versatality, patience and energy I soon achieved my fitness target and have learnt lifelong techniques - especially in Pilates."

Toyin, Birmingham

"Leroy has been my Pilates teacher for the past two years at Central England Academy. He is friendly, pleasant and very professional. During this time he has always kept the class varied and interesting, resulting in me being able to carry out various movements that I never felt possible. He has great patience and the ability with beginners and those who have medical problems, in putting them at ease and helping them achieve goals however small, but relevant to the individual."

Joan Birmingham

"I have been exercising at Fitness First, Birmingham off and on for some time now. I also attend Yoga classes locally. Although I have been hearing a lot about the benefits of Pilates, I had not explored it until recently. When I decided to attend one of Leroy's Pilates classes at Fitness First, it was really out of curiosity - to see what Pilates could offer that Yoga did not already do for me. I have attended only two classes so far with Leroy and I am already 'hooked'. Leroy is a capable, friendly, supportive and versatile trainer. His professional, firm and friendly approach is deeply motivating."

Maggie, Birmingham

"Leroy's personal training sessions have helped me improve my mobility, strength, coordination and general fitness. A great achievement given I have a life-long ankle problem. I can totally recommend his skills as a personal trainer."

Jane, Birmingham 2007

"If you are recovering from injuries, pilates is a great exercise and Leroy a imaginative and lively teacher"

Jay, Harborne

"Leroy’s professional and versatile approach contributed greatly to my positive experience with him as a trainer. No two training sessions were ever the same and there is no limit to his creativity in the gym. As well as improving my general fitness other areas such as my strength and balance have benefited. A personal trainer provides the motivation and push that is sometimes lacking when you exercise alone and enhances your fitness to the next level. Leroy has the aptitude of knowing just how far to push you when your body is telling you otherwise!"

Debby, formerly Birmingham, now USA

"Since taking on Leroy as a personal trainer I have pushed myself to my personal boundaries more than ever before. Every hour session is geared towards working all your body parts. Leroy uses creative ways to train; no session is ever the same which means as well as pushing your physical endurance levels every session is also mentally stimulating. I have always been into keeping fit and thought I could achieve the results I wanted myself however training with Leroy has taken my training to another level of fitness and I only wish I had started sooner! Highly recommend Leroy as a personal trainer if you really do want to see results fast"
