| I am currently working as a Personal Trainer at Fitness First in Birmingham, and at Nuffield Hospital UK, on a self-employed basis. I hold numerous qualifications within the Fitness Industry, including the internationally recognized REPS level 2 certification and level 2 Pilates certification, and anticipate that during this current year, will hold the advanced REPS level 3 certification.
The responsibility that I hold at Nuffield is specialist, as I conduct exercises prescriptions specifically for individuals that have been referred to the hospital via a General Practioner. These individuals have incapacity or a deficiency relating to spine, hip or balance. Group and individual exercises are prescribed to assist with mobility or improve muscular strength and, or muscular depreciation My role is to teach Health and Fitness related sessions in both class and personal training formats. These sessions range from Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Roller Blading and dance circuits, Martial Arts, Boxing and Aikido Dance. Quality planning, delivery, execution, and evaluations are crucial to allow my clients to receive excellent customer care, which I ensure is based on fact rather than a perception. Evaluation as a whole is imperative to the need of customers, success of an organization, and furthermore, my own personal development and career aspirations.
