“I have attended Leroy Henry’s Pilates Session, each Monday morning for several months. The Class is made up mainly of retired people, although all are young at heart! We all try our best and have improved as time goes by. Pilates is a safe, pleasant way to keep supple and maintain correct posture. Leroy is an excellent teacher who explains the purpose of each exercise and always ensures we are peforming each movement correctly.”

“I first experienced Leroy’s motivational skill’s at the Water Aerobics Class at my local gym,,, he certainly upped the profile of the class!!We went very quickly from a good stretch out session to a Cardio extravaganza that was fun , whatever your age and believe it or not, we have an avid 89 year old that attends regularly to his class!!
We now have a group of people of various mature age that are in good condition, especially since Leroy has introduced a Pilates class to attend to twice a week. Even though a couple of the group suffer from severe joint problems , Leroy uses exercise that can be achieved and strengthens the usage of these peoples joints and muscles. Working in health care myself and condoning the use of mind and body to get over disability, I am in awe of his motivation and creative skills, his patience is endless and the class is always fun,,, which sometimes can take you out of your comfort zone, but in a achievable manner.
Since then, my daughter and I have taken Rollerblading lessons under Leroy’s coaching. I am now 50 years old and have found this experience invigorating as well as taking me out of my comfort zone!!But,,, i am now a super cool fit mom, that’s high in my daughters esteem, but all credit to Mr Henry as I am totally untrainable in many ways.

It is lots of fun, and every week is different to the previous one, so ther is no chance of getting bored.
