HANDBAG NIGHT

Handbag night is a self-defence class which teaches all ladies ways of defending yourselves with a handbag. The courses have a 4 week duration.

You do not need any experience – just bring yourself and your handbag.

This class uses the Japanese techniques of Marshall Arts and aims to develop your awareness and self-defence skills.

You can either pay £6 per session or complete the whole course which will run for 4 weeks at a total cost of £15. The course will be run on alternate Sundays.
